You will learn skills including addressing customer needs, managing projects, establishing networks as well as developing teams and individuals. |

Certificate IV in Small Business Management
This qualification reflects the role of skilled operators who apply a broad range of competencies in a varied work context, using some discretion and judgement and relevant theoretical knowledge. They may provide technical advice and support to a team. Participants must complete 12 units of competency for this qualification. 6 mandatory core units must be completed and the remainder of the electives. |
