What is this qualification?

This course will give you the skills and knowledge required to handle food safely during the storage, preparation, display, service and disposal of food. It requires the ability to follow predetermined procedures as outlined in a food safety program.

On completion of this course, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment for SITXFSA002 Participate in Safe Food Handling Practices.

Group Training

We deliver this course for groups in our modern training facilities in Auburn, Southport and Upper Mt Gravatt. Delivery on your site is available for a minimum of 10 participants if a suitable training room is available. (Additional costs may apply for delivery outside metropolitan areas).
